has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Global Software Inc., provider of Microsoft Corporation’s (Nasdaq: MSFT) Excel-based spreadsheet automation solutions. Yael Software will initially distribute in Israel the Executive DASH and Spreadsheet Server programs, which interface with enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions made by companies such as Oracle Corporation (Nasdaq: ORCL) and SAP AG (NYSE: SAP; XETRA: SAPG).
